Description:

Very specific is the assembling of the reinforced concrete pipes type BONNA (diameter 2100 mm) that “Gasstroymontaj” JSC executed at TPP “Maritsa East 1” in 2007-2008 successfully.
The specialized pipeline equipment which the company has, its personnel and long experience helped the company to implement successfully this specific project..
„Gasstroymontaj” JSC implemented the following works:

• excavation works;
• backfilling with sand – sand bedding;
• geotextile placing under the pipes;
• loading and transport of reinforced concrete pipes, type BONNA;
• installation of BONNA reinforced concrete pipes (φ2100/1800mm)
• welding of BONNA reinforced concrete pipes joints
• installation and dismantling of temporary blinds (φ2100/1800mm) for pressure testing
• hydrostatic test of φ2100mm pipe with 6 bar;
• filling and backfilling.
