Description:

The project was awarded after tendering under Programme PHARE of EC. The financing of the project is from EIB.
The main types of activities under this Project executed by „Gasstroymontaj” JSC were as follows:
1. Drainage activities

  • trench drainage ditches;
  • a system of 3 vertical shafts with a diameter of 6 m and a depth up to 18 m with horizontal drilling drainages aiming at lowering the level of underground waters.

2. Supporting structures

  • 6 pile constructions of drilling cast-in-situ piles with φ 600-800 mm, joined by a pile cap and walls;
  • pile – anchor structures of drilling cast-in-situ piles φ 800 mm and strained 80 t strand anchors.
  • Totally on the job-site were implemented:
  • casting in-situ of 334 piles,  φ800mm, 5465m total depth
  • casting in-situ of 537 piles,  φ600mm, 6988m total depth
  • execution of 49 pcs. strand anchors with load capacity 80t, length 30m.

3. Building site vertical leveling
4. Construction of a pressure drainage system from HDPE pipes, φ 315, with length of 2 221 m, a pump station with 3 automatic sinking pumps with capacity of 45 l/sec.
5. Rehabilitation of a main water pipeline for Zlatni Piassatsi Resort, HDPE pipes, φ 315, total length 1 850 m.
6. Rehabilitation of Road IV-90023 – with a length of 400 m and an alley along the sea coast with a length of 1 100 m.
7. Construction of electric power cable HV and LV networks with a total length of 16 000 m, including a telephone cable network

Piles:            896 with total length 15 km and dept up to 20 m.
