» Non-destructive and destructive testing laboratory

The laboratory offers non-destructive testing of welded joints, metals and details applying the following methods:

Radiographic /g-and X-ray photograph/
Ultrasonic
Magnetic particle test

Ultrasonic thickness gauge

The laboratory carries out also destructive tests of welded joints, metals and details.

» Laboratory for control of electrochemical and electric anti-corrosion protection and electric measurements

The lab offers the following:

Quality control of all kinds of insulation coatings according to the following indexes:

Spark flow detection;
Dielectric density;
Adhesion;
Thickness;
Transition resistance.

Control and adjustment of all kinds of electrochemical protection systems:

Cathode protection systems
Automatic cathode protection systems
Galvanic anodes protection systems.

Electric measurements

Measurement of transition resistance of earthing and thunder protective installations of I, II and III category
Measurement of the impedance of "Phase-Protective conductor" circuit
Measurement of the specific soil resistance
Protection measures against damages caused by electricity
Evaluation of electric safety at tension up to 1000V
